Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping NovaMart ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times by region:
- Middle East: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- USA & Canada: 14-21 business days
- Rest of World: 14-28 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination country.
Free Shipping Enjoy free international shipping on all orders over $75.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Delays NovaMart is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
